is shock, sadness. people are telling us that they can't believe that this is how this case has gone. although one person told me just a few moments ago that, when they heard originalally that the murder victim was brought back to the store because the coworker had forgotten something and needed to get back into the store after hours last friday night, at the time, they thought that was strange and then gave it not another thought until now hearing a source confirming to fox 5 news that the arrest in this case is apparently the surviving 27-year-old coworker who, herself, seemed to have been attacked and beat en and perhaps sexually assaulted in this case. that's what authorities, montgomery county police had told us from last saturday onward, that both had been beaten, both had been sexually assaulted. one left for dead, the other who survive the night was discovered last saturday morning by a coworker coming to open the store who then grabbed a passerby who then called police. we're going to find out a lot more about this in about an hourperhaps a motive, how police were able to wo

on a libian missile site. they are back in safe u.s. hands tonight thanks in large part to the work of the libian opposition forces. this is all that is left of the u.s. f-15 eagle that crashed near benghazi. u.s. officials say it was not brought down by anti-aircraft defenses from libya. >> i heard there must have been been a mechanical problem but i don't know for sure. >> reporter: pentagon officials say one crew member was found by libian opposition forces, the other by a marine rescue plane. both suffered minor injuries. with the no-fly zone now in place, rebel forces are trying to regain momentum. after a week of punishing air strikes by gadhafi forces. and this is what that looks like. you get an idea. the warm front pushed up to the north of us and the entire area now is unstable. actually, south-southwest, that is where we have a severe thunderstorm watch. that goes until 8:00 and they may consider extending that up to the north just a little bit and to cover all of this. brian, within the next hour, hour and a half, that looks like as it gets closer to the metro, we expect a very heavy rain that were talking about yesterday and you add the wind in here to that saturated soil, and we could have tree lines and power line issues, too. and we'll keep an eye on that. >> cumulative damages, is an issue as well. we know the trouble spot by now when we get this kind of deluge. one of those, old town alexandrea and this is a live look at the waterfront there and that is sand bagged and the flood walls are up as well, at least they're thinking about it and high tide is not expected until later tonight and keeping an eye on things around the river. >>> and is to tojohn henrehan we go with the latest there. >> like the potomac, that is a titles too airy.
